- Process engineering: design basis, PFDs, P&IDs, mass and energy balances, hydraulic studies and equipment specifications
- Mechanical and piping: equipment layouts, piping layouts, isometrics, material specifications, stress analysis coordination and 3D model reviews
- Electrical: load schedules, single-line diagrams, cable sizing, power distribution, lighting, earthing, lightning protection and protection coordination
- Instrumentation and control: instrument index, datasheets, I/O lists, hook-ups, loop diagrams, control narratives and system architecture
- Civil and structural: site layouts, foundation design coordination, steel structures, calculations and construction drawings
- Engineering management: feasibility studies, technical bid evaluations, BOQs, material requisitions, interdisciplinary checks and as-built documentation
From requirements to handover
We start with the client’s technical requirements and site conditions, develop a practical execution approach, coordinate materials and interfaces, implement works under approved procedures, and complete testing, documentation and handover in accordance with the agreed scope.
Understand
Review client objectives, site constraints, technical specifications and authority requirements.
Engineer
Develop or coordinate design documents, equipment selections, interface registers, method statements and work packages.
Procure & Mobilise
Plan resources, source approved materials and prepare HSE, quality and access arrangements.
Execute
Perform installation, modification and integration works under approved procedures and site controls.
Verify & Handover
Complete inspections, testing, commissioning, punch-list closeout and handover documentation.
Support
Provide defect rectification, maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrade assistance as contracted.
