We are capable of managing and overseeing all phases of the project cycle. Including estimating, budgeting, planning, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up, and final turnover.
Knowing that communication is key, our project management team strives to ensure all relevant information for the project is being shared in a timely fashion with all stakeholders. This information would consist of scheduling, material delivery, labour productivity, cost reporting, and forecasting.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT PHILOSOPHY:
A successfully managed project from start to finish always begins with a detailed project execution plan which is developed through effective communication with all involved parties. This plan will include a path forward for the management of all aspects of the project such as safety, quality, resources, cost, scope, risk, procurement and performance among others. The plan is communicated to all for review, comment, and revises until all parties are satisfied with the project path from pre-construction through to turnover.
